XiongTeam Terms of Service
Platform Statement
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are intended to define the rights and obligations
between XiongTeam (xiongteam.com)
and users (including individual and corporate users) and protect the
legitimate rights and interests of both parties. By registering, logging in, or using any service provided by
XiongTeam, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted all provisions of these Terms.
1. Acceptance and Update of the Terms
Method of Acceptance
By completing account registration on the XiongTeam official website (xiongteam.com), clicking
the "Agree" button, or actually using platform services (including but not limited to posting transaction requests and
redeeming gift cards), you are deemed to unconditionally accept the binding effect of these Terms and XiongTeam’s
related policies (such as the Privacy Policy). If you disagree with any content, you must immediately cease accessing
or using the platform.
Update Mechanism
XiongTeam may revise these Terms based on business adjustments, regulatory updates, or changes in user needs. The
revised Terms will be posted on the platform’s "Terms of Service" page (xiongteam.com) and take
effect on the
date of posting, with no retrospective effect. If you continue to use the platform after the Terms are updated, you
are deemed to acknowledge the revised content; if you do not accept the revisions, you may apply to cancel your
account and cease using the services.
Notice of Material Changes
If revisions to the Terms involve users’ core rights (such as transaction rules, liability limitations, and identity
verification requirements), XiongTeam will send a dedicated notice to the email address retained in your account
(based on the latest bound email) to remind you to review the changed content. You are obligated to regularly check
your account contact information to ensure effective receipt of such notices.
2. Scope of Platform Services
Positioned as a "gift card and cash exchange service platform," XiongTeam provides customized services for different
types of users through its official website (xiongteam.com), mobile applications, and open
APIs. The specific services include:
- Individual User Services: Supporting individual users to convert legally held gift cards and electronic vouchers
into cash of equivalent value at the platform’s real-time exchange rate (settlement methods include bank
transfers, electronic payments, etc.), and providing auxiliary functions such as transaction progress inquiry and
voucher download.

Corporate User Services: Providing corporate partners with a channel for bulk purchasing of discounted gift cards,
supporting enterprises to use gift cards for scenarios such as employee welfare distribution and customer rewards,
and offering enterprise-level services including exclusive reconciliation systems and customized exchange
solutions.

Security Assurance Services: Providing all users with security services such as temporary storage of transaction
funds, encrypted storage of identity information, and interception of suspicious transactions, so as to reduce
transaction risks and protect the security of users’ assets through technical means.
3. User Eligibility and Access Requirements
Subject Qualification
- Individual Users: Must be at least 18 years old (based on the legal age of majority), have full capacity for
civil conduct, and not be included in any "prohibited transaction list" of financial regulatory authorities.

Corporate Users: Must be a legally registered and operating entity (provide business licenses, legal
representative identity certificates, and other documents). The person completing the registration must obtain
official authorization from the enterprise (provide a power of attorney) to perform obligations under these Terms
on behalf of the enterprise.
Compliance Requirements
- You must pass XiongTeam’s KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and submit true, complete identity materials
(such as personal ID cards and corporate public account information), which must be within their validity period.
- You have not been suspended or permanently prohibited from using XiongTeam’s services in the past due to
violating platform rules, participating in fraudulent transactions, or breaching laws and regulations.

You undertake to comply with the laws and regulations of your place of residence and the platform’s place of
operation, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CFT), and data
protection regulations, and shall not use the platform for any illegal activities.
4. Identity Verification and Information Authorization
Scope of Verification
To prevent fraud, money laundering, and ensure transaction security, you agree that XiongTeam may collect and verify
your information in the following scenarios:
- Account Registration Stage: Collecting basic information such as your name, contact details, and ID number to
verify the authenticity of the information.
- Transaction Stage: Requesting bank account statements, gift card purchase vouchers, etc., based on the
transaction amount and type to verify the legality of the transaction.
- Risk Investigation Stage: For abnormal accounts (such as frequent changes to bound information or concentrated
occurrence of large-value transactions), querying public credit records and anti-fraud databases through
third-party institutions to eliminate potential risks.
Authorization Statement
You explicitly authorize XiongTeam to obtain the information required for the above verification directly or through
cooperative third-party service providers (such as identity verification service providers and financial risk control
companies); at the same time, you authorize the relevant third parties to provide true and complete query results to
XiongTeam without requiring your additional written consent.
Restrictions on Information Use
XiongTeam will only use the verification information for identity verification, risk prevention and control, and
compliance reporting, and will not use it for other unrelated business activities. XiongTeam will also take measures
such as encrypted storage and access permission control to protect information security (see the Privacy Policy for
details).
5. Account Security and Liability Division
Account Management Obligations
You shall properly keep your account login information (including username, password, SMS verification code,
and two-factor authentication key), and shall not disclose, lend, or share your account with any third party. It is
recommended that you change your password regularly (once every 3-6 months), enable the two-factor authentication
function, and avoid logging in to your account on public devices (such as internet cafe computers and shared mobile
phones).
Liability for Security Risks
You shall bear sole responsibility for account losses (such as stolen assets, tampered transactions, and information
leakage) caused by the following circumstances:

You actively disclose login information to others or the information is stolen due to improper storage.

You use a weak password (such as consecutive numbers or date of birth) or use the same password across multiple
platforms, leading to account hacking.

You fail to cancel abandoned accounts in a timely manner or update contact information, resulting in others
fraudulently using your account.
Platform Security Assurance
XiongTeam ensures the security of the platform system through technical means, including but not limited to encrypted
data transmission, abnormal login detection, and transaction behavior monitoring; at the same time, the platform will
never request your login password or verification code via email, SMS, or instant messaging tools. If you receive such
a request, you must immediately report it through official channels (Email: [email protected]; Phone:

6. Transaction Rules and Procedures
Transaction Initiation and Confirmation
When you post a transaction request on the platform (such as "selling a gift card of a certain brand" or "purchasing a
discounted gift card"), you must fill in true and accurate transaction information (including gift card denomination,
validity period, expected exchange amount, and payment method). Once submitted, the information cannot be modified
arbitrarily; if adjustments are needed, you must contact customer service for review.
After the transaction is matched (e.g., your sales request is accepted by another user), the platform will generate
a Transaction Confirmation Form, specifying the rights and obligations of both transaction parties, fee standards, and
completion time limits. You must confirm the Transaction Confirmation Form within 24 hours; failure to confirm within
the time limit will be deemed a waiver of the transaction, and the platform will automatically cancel the matching.
Transaction Cancellation and Refund

User-initiated Cancellation: You may apply to cancel a transaction through the "My Orders" page of the platform
during the "pending payment" or "pending verification" stages. The cancellation application must be agreed to by
the other user; if the other user fails to respond within 48 hours, the platform will decide whether to approve
the cancellation based on the transaction progress (e.g., priority approval if the gift card has not been
verified, and negotiation between the two parties if it has been verified).

Platform-initiated Cancellation: XiongTeam has the right to directly cancel a transaction without the user’s
consent under the following circumstances:
- The transaction information is false (e.g., the gift card has expired, or the receiving account is not owned
by you).
- The transaction triggers a risk alert (e.g., frequent transactions initiated from the same IP address, or
abnormal fund flow).
- Regulatory authorities require the suspension or termination of the transaction.

Refund Rules: If a transaction is canceled and eligible for a refund, the platform will process the refund in
accordance with the "original payment method return" principle: funds paid via platform balance will be refunded
to the account balance in real time; funds paid via bank transfer or electronic payment will be refunded to the
original payment account within 1-3 business days, with the specific arrival time subject to the processing of the
payment institution.
Restrictions on Transaction Modification
In principle, transaction information (such as gift card type, receiving account, and transaction amount) cannot be
modified after submission and matching. If urgent adjustments are needed due to incorrect information entry (e.g.,
missing a digit in the receiving account number), you must contact customer service before the transaction is
completed and provide "proof of information error" (such as payment vouchers or ID photos). Modification is only
allowed after platform review and approval, and each transaction can be modified only once.
7. Prohibited Activities
When using the XiongTeam platform, services, or APIs, you shall not engage in the following activities. Otherwise,
XiongTeam has the right to take measures such as account restrictions and service termination, and reserves the right
to pursue legal liability:
- Violating these Terms or the Privacy Policy, such as providing false identity information, evading identity
verification, or transferring accounts without authorization.
- Trading illegally obtained assets, including but not limited to gift cards acquired through theft, fraud, or
forgery, or funds of unknown origin.
- Committing fraudulent acts, such as posting false transaction requests, forging transaction vouchers, or
inducing others to complete transactions outside the platform.
- Violating laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements, such as using the platform for money laundering,
transferring illegal funds, or providing financial support for terrorist activities.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the platform, such as using crawler programs to bulk crawl platform
data, launching malicious attacks that cause system failures, or sending spam messages to harass other users.
- Infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, such as disclosing other users’ private
information, stealing others’ trademarks or intellectual property rights, or posting defamatory or harassing
content.
- Other activities that endanger platform security or users’ rights and interests, such as evading transaction
limits or exploiting platform vulnerabilities to obtain improper benefits.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
XiongTeam holds complete intellectual property rights to the platform and related services (including official website
design, application code, logos, trade names, brand names, and operation rule texts), including but not limited to
copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets. No unit or individual may use, copy, modify, or distribute the
above-mentioned intellectual property without the written permission of XiongTeam.
The intellectual property rights of third-party brand logos, gift card designs, and other content displayed on the
platform belong to the corresponding third parties. XiongTeam only uses such content reasonably for the purpose of
providing services, which does not constitute a license to use or infringement of third-party intellectual property
rights. If you need to use such logos, you must obtain separate authorization from the third-party rights
holders.
With regard to transaction data, operation records, and other information generated by you during the use of the
platform, except for the part containing your personal information, XiongTeam owns the ownership and right to use the
remaining data. XiongTeam may use such data for legitimate business purposes such as platform optimization and risk
analysis, but must protect your personal privacy (see the Privacy Policy for details).
9. Privacy Policy
By using the XiongTeam platform, you are deemed to agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into
these Terms by reference.
The Privacy Policy specifies the scope and method of XiongTeam’s collection, use, storage, and disclosure of user
information, including but not limited to: the type of information collected (such as identity information,
transaction records, and device information), the purpose of use (such as service provision and risk prevention), and
sharing rules (such as sharing only with compliant third parties). You must carefully read and understand the Privacy
Policy before using the services.
XiongTeam may revise the Privacy Policy based on updates to data protection laws or business adjustments. The revised
Privacy Policy will be posted on the official website and notified to users; your continued use of the platform
services will be deemed acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you have questions about the Privacy Policy, you
may consult through official customer service channels.
10. Account Monitoring, Suspension, and Termination
If XiongTeam has reasonable grounds to believe that you are in any of the following circumstances, it may immediately
take measures such as account monitoring, function restrictions (e.g., transaction limits, withdrawal freezes),
account suspension, or termination, and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by you (except
for losses caused by XiongTeam’s intent or gross negligence):
- Violating any provision of these Terms, such as engaging in prohibited activities, failing to pass identity
verification, or providing false information.
- Your account or transaction is listed as an investigation target by regulatory authorities or judicial organs,
or there are clues of suspected illegal or criminal activities.

The account has been in a dormant state for a long time (no login or transaction records for 12 consecutive
months), and you cannot be contacted through the reserved contact information.

The platform determines that your account has major security risks (such as abnormal login IP addresses or
multiple incorrect password attempts) based on risk prevention needs.

Laws, regulations, administrative rules, or regulatory authorities require XiongTeam to take the above-mentioned
measures.
If your account is terminated, you must settle the remaining funds in the account in a timely manner; if the account
termination is caused by your violation of these Terms, XiongTeam has the right to pursue compensation from you based
on actual losses.
11. Complaint Handling
XiongTeam has established a three-level complaint handling mechanism of "Customer Support - Dispute Mediation - Result
Feedback" to ensure timely response to your reasonable demands. The handling time limits are as follows:
- Customer Support Response: Providing an initial response to your submitted complaint within 1 hour.
- Dispute Mediation: Issuing a handling result for general complaints (such as transaction inquiries and operation
issues) within 3 business days; issuing a handling result for complex complaints (such as transaction disputes and
account abnormalities) within 5 business days.

Result Feedback: The handling result will be synchronized through your account message center and reserved email.
If you have objections to the result, you may apply for a review within 3 business days, and the review result
shall be final.
You may only submit complaints or feedback through the following official channels:

- In-platform Complaint Channel: After logging in to your account, go to "My - Customer Service Center - Complaint
& Feedback" to submit.
You must provide true and complete evidence materials (such as transaction screenshots, chat records, and voucher
photos) when submitting a complaint to facilitate efficient handling by the platform. If you submit a complaint
through non-official channels (such as third-party social platforms or non-designated emails), XiongTeam has the right
to refuse to accept it and shall not be liable for any delay in complaint handling caused thereby.
12. Disclaimer and Liability Limitation
Force Majeure Disclaimer
XiongTeam shall not be liable for failure to provide services normally due to force majeure (including but not limited
to natural disasters, wars, terrorist activities, government bans, telecommunications/network outages, and equipment
or software failures). The platform will resume services as soon as possible after the impact of force majeure is
eliminated, and the resumption status will be notified through an official website announcement.
Third-Party Service Disclaimer
Third-party services used by the XiongTeam platform (such as payment channels, identity verification institutions, and
gift card issuers) are independently operated by third parties. The platform shall not be liable for the stability,
security, or accuracy of third-party services; for losses incurred by you due to third-party service issues (such as
payment failures and inability to redeem gift cards), XiongTeam may assist you in communicating with the third party
but shall not bear compensation liability.
Liability Limitation
Except for direct losses caused by XiongTeam’s intent or gross negligence, the platform shall not be liable for the
following losses:
- Indirect losses (such as loss of transaction profits and loss of business opportunities).
- Losses caused by your violation of these Terms or improper operations.
- Losses caused by changes in gift card value due to digital asset price fluctuations and market risks.
- Losses caused by your failure to timely review platform notices and policy updates.
13. Anti-Money Laundering Policy
XiongTeam strictly complies with anti-money laundering laws and regulations (including but not limited to anti-money
laundering laws and counter-terrorist financing laws in the user’s place of residence and the platform’s place of
operation) and has established a full-process anti-money laundering mechanism of "Prevention - Identification -
Reporting" to prevent the platform from being used for illegal financial activities.
Specific anti-money laundering measures include:
- Establishing a dedicated compliance department with professional compliance personnel, and regularly conducting
anti-money laundering training and internal audits.
- Implementing hierarchical risk management for users, and setting different transaction limits and verification
requirements based on user identity, transaction amount, and transaction frequency.
- Real-time monitoring of transaction behaviors, and timely intercepting suspicious transactions (such as frequent
large-value transfers, rapid in-and-out of funds, and transactions with counterparties in high-risk regions) and
reporting them to regulatory authorities.
- Cooperating with the investigation work of regulatory authorities and judicial organs, providing account
information, transaction records, and other materials as required, and taking freezing measures against accounts
suspected of money laundering.
You undertake to comply with anti-money laundering regulations when using the platform services, truthfully provide
transaction background information, and not use the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other
illegal financial activities; if your transaction is deemed suspicious, XiongTeam has the right to suspend the
transaction and require you to provide supplementary supporting materials (such as explanations of fund sources and
transaction purpose vouchers) until the risk is eliminated.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the rights and obligations of both parties arising from these Terms shall be governed by the laws of
the jurisdiction where you use XiongTeam’s services.
Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation
between the parties (the negotiation period shall be 30 days, calculated from the date when one party sends a
negotiation notice); if negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a competent court in the
place where XiongTeam is located.
15. Contact Information
